WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR?
This two-day, seven-hour, fully interactive workshop is designed for both new and experienced football scouts aiming to enhance their skills and development.
The workshop is also beneficial for football coaches and agents seeking to improve their scouting abilities and understanding of the recruitment process at professional football clubs.
Learn the art of football scouting from an experienced professional football scout who has worked at the highest level.
Acquire the knowledge of observing and assessing player performance with structure, and learn to compile and create scout reports to meet the expectations of professional football standards.
Through the use of video footage, scouting tasks will be assigned during the workshop, allowing participants to practice scouting techniques and complete their own scout reports.
The workshop will guide you through efficiently scouting players in three different positions during matches.
Develop a better understanding of how professional clubs scout players and how recruitment systems operate at the highest levels of football.
All attendees will receive a scouting pack, including software, to complete their own scouting reports following the workshop.
As the workshop is fully interactive with a small group of attendees, you will have the opportunity to interact with the presenter and fellow attendees, providing excellent networking opportunities with like-minded individuals and professionals working in football clubs at all levels.
Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will be presented with a A.F.C.A.S. workshop certificate CIMSPA-accredited.
