WORKSHOP LENGTH: The workshop is 7+ hours long, including additional distance learning tasks.
SESSION SCHEDULE: The workshop is spread over two evenings, consisting of three and a half hour sessions each.
WORKSHOP SIZE: Limited to a maximum of 9 attendees.

WHO IS THE WORKSHOP FOR?
This two-day, seven-hour, fully interactive workshop is designed for scouts, coaches, and agents who have previously attended our LEVEL 1 through LEVEL 5 – SUPREME workshops.
Due to the workshop’s nature and the tasks assigned, there is a week between day 1 and day 2 of the workshop to allow attendees to complete the tasks from day 1.
In this online workshop, attendees will further enhance their understanding of the Scouting Process and how Recruitment Departments function through the scenario of working for a PREMIER LEAGUE club.
Participants will work together as a recruitment team during a transfer window.
Utilizing the knowledge acquired from the previous levels of the workshop, attendees will complete scenario tasks.
As a group, attendees will need to audit the current playing squad, develop a recruitment strategy, and make recommendations.
Moreover, participants will face real-time recruitment scenarios that they may encounter while working for a Premier League Club, requiring them to make real-time decisions regarding the club’s recruitment in the current transfer window.
Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will be presented with a A.F.C.A.S. workshop certificate CIMSPA-accredited.
WORKSHOP CONTENT:
The workshop will utilize video tasks, group work, homework tasks, and scenario tasks to
- Work as part of the Recruitment Department of a PREMIER LEAGUE Club.
- Conduct an audit and assessment of the squad of a designated PREMIER LEAGUE club position by position.
- Scout actual current transfer targets of the designated PREMIER LEAGUE club.
- Participating in numerous video scouting tasks.
- Make recruitment proposals for the club in the current transfer window.
- Present transfer recommendations to a Premier League Club official.
- Use video footage to practice creating scout reports during the workshop.
- Homework tasks will be assigned to provide further opportunities for you to apply your newly acquired skills and receive feedback during the workshop.
