Having done all the courses available from levels 1-6, it has improved my Scouting, analysis and reports. I’ve managed to gain jobs at clubs in the English pyramid using the methods discussed and the information in the courses.
In My role now as Head of Recruitment, I use the player templates or refer to them on every assessment to make sure I cover every base.Ged is Brilliant at breaking things down and allowing everyone to bounce their ideas off each other on the tasks. Every Workshop, I have taken something away from and added it to my beliefs to create individual templates that I use at West Ham United.Fantastic courses and the best ones about, a must for any ambitious scout wanting to get into the game or progress in it .
